In the assembly line are still a lot operators necessary due to complex assembly processes. However, operators are still humans and not robots, which means they can make mistakes. To counter this issue, we developed our product ProSuite. ProSuite combines traceability with process control. Traceability stands basically for listing all registered data while process control stands for imposing the operator how to work by giving him step-by-step instructions with aid of a screen and disable or enable the tools he has to use.

We have extensive experience in all different types of traceability and process control solutions, ranging from simply tracking tightening results to complete plant control. 

Stand alone

With stand alone, we equip one station with our software solutions. Our software solutions guide operators through the required operations at his assembly station. As the operator proceeds through the requested task, the software governs and registers all tightening results of the assembly. All data of the tightening procedures is stored locally. The tool can be disabled if the tightening of the wrong bolt is attempted, or when it happens in the wrong sequence. An interactive socket tray indicates which socket should be used, and disables the tool if the wrong one is in place. The screen guides the operator through the sequence by visually indicating what the operator should do.

Multiple station with data collection

Several single stations can be linked together in order to store all local data on a central server. The server governs the status of all the stations and tracks every part by its serial number. The server notifies when an issue arises, and gives the ability to isolate the product with that serial number. The software integrates together with the customers network, giving it the ability to link the tightening results to all other data of the product with that serial number.

Plant Control

Several stations are linked together in order to receive all the handlings every operator has to execute at his specific station and to store all data on a central server, after he executed them. Once the product with the serial number is imported in the system, all the other actions are happening autonomously.

Collect data

Traceability is a first step to collect data, but with just logging all the data you miss a lot of opportunities to improve your production process. That’s why we offer you the possibility to collect and analyze the data that was linked to the products serial number, so you can look easier where you can improve your efficiency at the assembly line and even more important is that we are able to intervene faster and more effectively when there occurs a problem.
